Shep's Barber Shop

First time for the service. Very satisfied with the cut, pricing, quickness, and environment. Like the postings of East Penn legendary 1959 football team. I like the patriotism. I want one more cut before making long term decision of getting all cuts at Shep’s.

The best part of going to Shep’s is that he has common sense and won’t tolerate people that are not respectful. Have went to him for years and have tried others in the area. He is more welcoming than others and charges a fair price, just don’t act like a “tool” and you will leave with a good cut.

Never got to try the barber shop. Walked in, learned that the only way to pay is cash/check. Walked across the street to the gas station ATM. Returned 5 minutes later at 10:25 to find the door locked, closed sign posted with " return at 12:30". If you can't honor your hours that are posted online and on your recorded voicemail, then you are NOT serving your customers or community with integrity. Our word is all we have...commit to your hours and keep them. Photo attached for reference. It is Thursday.

First and foremost, thank you for your service and taking a stand against Dictator Wolf. I waited a little over 2 hours for a cut, but every minute was worth it to support an excellent person and business owner in the community. You have my support 100%, and I encourage more to #StandwithShep. This is how we overcome and prevail, supporting each other.

Customer service is lacking. based on your reviews, sounds like you missed the memo on how to be kind. Responding to ur absurd comment: Given the fact that you have had 30 years experience dealing with the public and yet you continue to argue with the individuals who leave negative reviews, speaks to your character and utter lack of self reflection. Praying that you find peace and joy in your life.
