Absolutely love getting my hair done at shep studio. It’s always a relaxing & uplifting experience for me. I love how the salon is set up and I appreciate how kind & respectful all the staff are. Not to mention they are amazing at hair. I always will come back to get my hair done here✨❤️

The caliber of stylists at Shep are superb. I had color done by Grace and a cut by Gracie. Their level of education is unparalleled, and their quality of service is unmatched. It is truly an elite salon with elite Stylist. I highly recommend best that I’ve ever had in Utah and I’ve been to all of them and I will never go anywhere else again.

I absolutely love Maddie—she is an amazing stylist, and I’ve been coming here for years because she always understands my vision and delivers. The rest of the staff is also consistently kind and professional. That said, I’m removing two stars for two reasons. First, the pricing has gotten out of control. I recently paid $300 for a haircut and color, when I used to pay around $150. With tip, that total comes out to around $360, which is a lot. What’s especially frustrating is that price increases aren’t clearly communicated. I’ve canceled future bookings because I’m unhappy with the direction the studio is going in terms of cost. I couldn’t recommend Shep Studio more!! The salon itself is strikingly beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, stylish, and has an unparalleled atmosphere. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort has been put into creating a space that is both curated and polished. The staff is exceptional! From the moment I walked through the doors, every face I met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I booked with Gracie, and she was amazing! She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and excited to come back. It truly is rare to find a place where both the atmosphere and staff are this amazing. I would absolutely recommend!

I love getting services done here!!! I am always greeted immediately and offered something to drink. All of the stylists seem very knowledgeable and I love Layla!! She is very professional truly cares about the health of your hair. Best place in Provo!!
