Toni was amazing! She took her time with me and consulted me on what hairstyle would look best. She is very talented in her craft, you can tell she loves her job and the cut was great!

I took my daughter here to get highlights. We were a last minute walk in, she was so happy to be able to get in last minute for something like that so we were grateful. My daughters hair already had some leftover blonde from years ago that had faded a bit and need correction to do the color. No problem at all she looked at her when she walked in told her to turn around and quoted me a price of 155. She said it'd be about 2 hours I knew it'd be longer no big deal we all know how hair goes, right after I left her to do her hair she calls and said now that she got to looking at it the price is 200 because of all the stuff she has to do. My daughter said it was the same thing she told us when we walked in but now the price went up drastically. I agreed. I'm not gonna turn around at this point.

I had my destination wedding in Gatlinburg. Planning everything from out of state she (Toni? - the owner) asked us to send pictures of our hair and what we wanted. Upon arrival she said she never had time to review the photos.. she had no idea what we were looking for and did exactly opposite of what I asked. I asked to leave my natural curly hair and do natural looking makeup. She completely curled my hair and put cake on my face with qtips and dollar store foam wedges. I went back and completely showered 2 hours before my wedding. I’ve attached before and after photos (and an example of my natural hair texture. It was curly when I came in!! And asked her to leave it just style and install my veil/flowers). Also! My mother booked only her hair and the owner made very rude comments about

I will say the owner was a nice lady but for the price and what I got I was highly disappointed. I went here for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I was not happy with either one. I was looking for full glam but got basic makeup as in it looked like I did it at home my self. No hightlighter or lipstick at all. My eye lids had eye shadow outline but not filled in. I went back to my room and re did my makeup before the wedding. My hair is cut in a bob type style and she hot rolled it instead of using a curling iron. It did not feel secure with the Bobby pins as it needed more on the left side. It just didn’t look good either. I felt like I was stuck in the 80’s. The place is probably ok for your basic stay and go but I do not recommend for anything bridal bc you will be disappointed.

Came here at the last minute to have my hair done for an elopement. I had a nail crisis, and Tony assisted me with getting those pesky nails off. They had all the last minute wedding things I needed. Veils, tierras, jewelry and flowers. Squeezed me in at the last minute. Very nice place! Would definitely come here again!
