If you are looking for a great salon sheer elegance is definitely the place. The salon gives off a family feeling where the stylists personally get to know you and the service is exceptional. I have never had such a great experience while getting my hair done. Penchan is friendly, easy to talk to, funny, and does a phenomenal job with any of your hair essentials. If it’s a haircut, formal style, color, or any other service they do it the best. I am proud to be apart of their salon family.

I have been to this salon twice now and both of my experiences have been more than stellar. Each time they have exceeded my expectations and their customer service is amazing. My first visit was for a last minute up-do appointment for my wedding reception and I couldn't have been happier with the results. The up-do lasted for 8+ solid hours of dancing and extreme heat. On my second visit, more than 8 months later, Jessica remembered who I was the minute I entered the door, which was a very unexpected surprise! By the time Jessica finished with my haircut, my hair was the thinnest it has ever been (still thick though!). Totally worth every cent to have someone work with your hair that knows it well. The owner, guylane- is absolutely incredible with any hair type or issue. I've been able to go to her for advice for years! Shes the only person I trust with my hair. I have been favored to dying my hair multiple times whether it be solid color OR sunburst highlights. There's nothing she doesnt do with finesse and skill that beats out anyone around the area. My hair looks amazing- will be returning soon. :)

Been going to Guylaine for years. She's the only stylist that I've ever seen that remembers how you like your hair styled! I moved to another state for 10 years, then moved back and she remembered immediately! Her business is clean and friendly. She's even stayed late because I needed a trim before an important meeting.

Corey did a terrible job on my haircut. The haircut was uneven, choppy, and she forgot to trim my angles. Came in with washed hair, she messily cut, blowdried and added curls with a curl iron very sloppily. And charged me full price for a wash, cut and style. If I had all of those service rendered I would have happily paid for it. There was no wash, no sectioning to my haircut, no clips in place for a blow dry and the curls- she didn't section the hair either. I could have created the same mess at home.
