Such an incredible salon! The environment is so cozy and Lauren is definitely in my top five of people, period. It’s so nice to be able to chat while getting my hair done and she did incredible work! I’ve been getting compliments about my hair and I have no one else to thank but her 🫣 100/10 completely recommend!

Lauren has been styling my hair for a few years, and I always leave her salon with a great looking style. She is excellent in providing suggestions regarding my hair type. She will not hesitate to tell me whether or not what I suggest to try on my hair will work. Shears and Gears is the cutest salon I have been to in a long time. The black and gold theme is gorgeous. Lauren is the best hairdresser and friend. She makes you feel special the whole time during your appointment. Plus, refreshments are available for your relaxation while you are being pampered.

I highly recommend this salon. Lauren knows her stuff. I am constantly receiving compliments and inquiries about who cuts/colors my hair. I love that Lauren gives me her opinion and educates me on how and what to use to style my hair in order to achieve the look I want. I am never disappointed.

Extremely satisfied with my first vist! It's elegant and professional, yet welcoming. Lauren was very patient with me as I had no idea how to explain the way I wanted my hair cut. She gave me tips and tricks on how to keep my hair manageable. I certainly appreciate the conversations and the time she spent taking care of me and making me feel comfortable.
