I’ve been going to this salon for years and truly love it. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is so warm and cozy. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable the moment you walk in! It’s also the first salon I’ve EVER gone to where they consistently do exactly what I ask for with my hair. Pauline, the owner, does my hair and she is amazing. She always listens carefully and somehow manages to get my hair exactly how I want it every single time. Thank you Pauline! My kids go there as well and refuse to let anyone else cut their hair. Nicole cuts their hair and she is fantastic with them! They always enjoy talking with her, which says a lot about how comfortable she makes them feel. One of them even goes to college in North Caroli

Hands down the worst salon experience of my life. I’ve been getting highlights for over 14 years, so I know my hair and exactly what I ask for. After giving birth, I thought treating myself to this appointment would be a good idea, but it turned into a complete nightmare. I called ahead to say I would be 5 minutes late and I was told it was fine. Despite being extremely clear and specific about the color and style I wanted, something I’ve had for years, they did the complete opposite. On top of that, they refused to even dry my hair, using my being 5 minutes late as an excuse, even though they knew I had a newborn at home. That is beyond unprofessional.
