Julie is wonderful! Have been using her since I was a teenager, from color, to perms, to waxing, to cuts. Always wonderful, always fun to talk to, always a great service. Times I have went other places or tried myself always end in regret. I will always come back to Julie at Shear Stylin!

I was in the area to be in a wedding and I needed to get my hair done. I gave Julie a call and made a appointment. I'm glad I did. I had no clear idea about what I needed, except that it should be an updo and needed to withstand the misty drizzle of an outdoor December wedding. She came through with an elegant look that was perfect for the event, that held up through the entire event, that didn't end until 10 hours later. She was both friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend.

I went in with hair down to my hips. I came out with hair above my bra. I asked for a trim. We did decide to take off about 12 inches of hair that was unhealthy. That would of left my hair at elbow length. Too much hair was cut off and the layers are horrible. She did know her stuff when it cam to products. There are not many stylist out there who can handle cutting long hair without butchering it. Lets just say I went to a butcher and not a stylist.
