Nicole was fantastic. I was a new client in dire need of a hair cut from years of breakage from a different salon. I brought in a picture and Nicole was honest and said what I didn’t want to hear, that it couldn’t be done until the section that had the breakage, grew out. She recommended a trendy haircut that would work for me, apologizing for the hard truth. I had to think about it and left. I got home and spent an hour in front of the mirror and realized I needed a hair cut and was able to see the vision Nicole had for me. Despite being awkward for me as I just wasted her time, I messaged her and asked if there was anyway she could fit me back in that day to do the cut she recommended and she made time for me. She wasn’t rude or annoyed with me for walking out of the original appointment
