I started seeing Jennifer last summer after growing my hair out for 10 years. I desperately needed a new hair stylist and took a suggestion from a friend. I am so glad I did. Jennifer was not scared for a second to chop it all off and gave me a super cute pixie. You'd be surprised at how many people are actually scared to do this. She had fun with it. She listened to and addressed any concerns and ideas I had. She also suggested I donate my hair to Wigs for Kids! Which was an awesome idea! Needless to say, I've been going back to see her and she rocks it every single time. She's amazing, professional and fun to talk to. I hope to keep her for many many years to come.

I chose Shear Savage after reading their reviews and I have to say I was disappointed. I went for a color, and highlights. I paid $215.00 and within 2 weeks the color and highlights were gone. I have been coloring my hair for years and this has never happened. The belief was it must have been the products I use that caused this to happen. I have used them for years without incident. I was offered to have them color my hair again which was not an option since my hair was now dry and damaged. No offer was ever made to return some of the $215.00 I spent. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and should receive something back. Now I have to pay more money for someone else to fix the horrible mess.

As always Jenn is an incredible hair stylist. Have been going to her for years to highlight my hair. She's truly a blessing!!
