me and my friend came to get a wash cut and style we booked an appointment and when we came in, we were not greeted until 15 minutes after us just sitting in the waiting area. charlie did both of us as a dry cut trim and we told her that we booked to get a wash and style as well and she basically said that our hair wasn’t dirty enough so we really didn’t need a shampoo but if we wanted one, we could get one felt very off putting so we ended up paying $24 to get at least 3 inches cut off of our hair just seemed very unprofessional. also used a comb on both of us that barely had any bristles was very rough getting tangles out of our hair again just seemed very unprofessional said she was fast and it definitely shows.
