I think Shear Paradise is one of the best kept secrets as far as salons go, and it should not be! Everyone should know about this wonderful salon! I went to Rockie, who is know as "The Perm Queen" and what a great experience! Not only did she take the time to find out what it was that I was looking for, but she also did an assessment to determine how a perm would work for my hair. She explained everything step by step in easy to understand terminology, and she really took her time to do a wonderful job! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and even took the time to be sure I understood how to care for my new style and perm. Her nickname of The Perm Queen is perfect! Front desk staff member was very welcoming! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through my first tanning session! Had a great time and have been recommending to anyone I know. I live 50 minutes away from this salon and I would absolutely drive here everytime for this service. Very clean and stocked up on lots of products as well.

Rockie at Shear Paradise Salon was amazing. She was very kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She specializes in spiral perms, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She took her time, explained the process, and really knew what she was doing. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a spiral perm or a great salon experience.

This is truly one of the best salons in Phoenix. Personally, I go for tanning, and this salon is most definitely the best. The tanning beds are clean and well kept and the rooms are very private and relaxing. The salon is cautious and always up to safety standards with tanning. They genuinely care about the safety of their clients and it shows. All the staff is very kind and helpful and you will always feel welcome when you walk in. The salon offers pretty much whatever beauty service you could be in search of and has a wide variety of products to choose from for hair and tanning needs. I’ve been a client here for a couple years now and will always continue to return here!

I had a wonderful experience here at Shear Paradise and I’m so grateful I’ve found this salon. First off, all of the women in here are so warm and welcoming. Cathy at reception was a pleasure to speak with and had such sweet, warm energy. I had my actual service with Carlon for the first time. As a girlie with textured hair, it’s been difficult to find someone that not only does hair, but can provide the professional advice and long term care results. Moving from Georgia to Arizona, it’s a little different culturally so I’ve had some insecurities about my kinky, curly black hair but Cathy made me feel confident about it and let me know the women in this salon are all educated and well versed in textured hair. That meant a lot to me! Carlon and I discussed hair health and history with pre
