Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids

We have been going to Bri for years. We love the attention to detail she has with my son’s cowlicks and she is always so sweet and gentle with him. We will never go anywhere other than to Bri and Shear Madness. We love coming here and always will!

This was my first time coming here to get my daughter’s hair cut. It was not expensive and the staff was very kind. Sarah did an amazing job cutting my daughter’s hair. They have cars and princess chairs so kids can enjoy the experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

We love all the stylists at Shear Madness in Rochester! Bri and Ellie have been cutting my son’s hair since he was a baby and he's 6 years old. They all do such a great job and couldn't be any nicer. Thank you for making haircuts fun!

I took my baby daughter to get her ears pierced here, and unfortunately, the result was not as expected. After we left, I noticed that the left ear piercing was significantly off-center, and the earrings were uneven. I didn’t realize this at the time due to my daughter’s distress, but upon further inspection, it was obvious that the piercing was not done correctly. I contacted the salon 3 days later, spoke with the manager, Ellie, who was very understanding and offered to fix it after allowing the ear to heal. However, when the piercing was redone, I was charged for a new earring despite the fact that the initial mistake was on their part. Ellie is wonderful with both of my sons. The clippers freak out my oldest and she is always super great with him about it. She does a fantastic job and is also great to talk to. I recommend her all the time to my parent friends.
