Got my hair done yesterday by Natalia. She did AMAZING!!!! First photo is before, last two are after. I’m obsessed with my dark hair!!

I made an appointment to get a Brazilian wax It was confirmed through a booking text The day prior. I showed up and the doors were locked. Nobody was there. I texted the aesthetician she Didn’t respond for about two more hours. I obviously ended up going home after waiting there for 30 minutes. When she responded she just said sorry I forgot. She asked when I would like to reschedule and then neglected to respond for another three days. Didn’t even offer any compensation for my next appointment. I am In the same Business field, and if I forgot a clients appointment, I would be devastated. I would immediately give them 50% off. Because if a client No-shows for me I charge them 50% of the service. I expect the same if an aesthetician no shows me. also, she does not have a sink in her room, t

AMAZING!! Jenee is a wonderful hairstylist, and has been so kind and Accommodating. I have very thick hair, and its been a hassle trying to find a good stylist who doesn’t seem annoyed or rushed to work with my hair. Not only that, but I can’t emphasize how healthy my hair feels and looks. 1000% recommend :)

This salon is my one stop shop ❤️ I get my nails done by Mikayla I have been a customer of hers for about a year and she is AMAZING, also get my hair done by the owner Natalia she has accommodated every need I have given her, she changed my hair up perfect and also treated my hair with the olaplex and let me tell you this one treatment I already see a difference my hair is usually dry and brittle and what she did was give my hair shine, it looks effortless, it feels healthier already and is so soft. I won’t go anywhere else I can go there for nails and hair ❤️❤️❤️
