Shear Joy Salon

I haven’t used Shear Joy for color yet but I’m part of their blow dry bar club and it’s amazing. This local salon is always beautifully decorated (especially Christmas time) and has such a welcoming vibe. Every stylist is so sweet and professional and they always make you feel taken care of. Booking online is super easy and their blow dry bar club, which gives you 4 blowouts for $99, is such a great deal especially for the holidays when you want to look your best. Joslyn, Danielle and Zoey are my favorites but honestly everyone there is wonderful. If you’re looking for a friendly local salon that consistently delivers great blowouts and service, Shear Joy is the place.

Liv is incredible I cannot recommend her enough! This was my first appointment with her and I have been getting my hair highlighted for years. This was the best result I’ve ever had. My hair is naturally dirty blonde and I wanted to go a bit lighter but still have the natural light blonde look. Liv nailed it! She took her time, was really thoughtful about the process, and did an incredible job with the toning. The color came out perfectly balanced and exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she really cares about getting the result just right.

The photos clearly show the outcome. I specifically showed a detailed video of the style I wanted to Angelica, who is a Level 4 stylist. Despite the clear reference, the result was a complete heartbreak. She cut it much shorter than requested and left me with extremely choppy, uneven layers that don't blend at all. I was so devastated that I couldn't stop crying in the salon. Although the manager was kind enough to apologize and waive the fee, it doesn't change the fact that my hair will take months to grow back out. I expected much better technique from a high-level stylist

I'm absolutely loving my new brows since day 1! 😍 Ella is so talented and made sure I was totally comfortable throughout the whole process. The shape and color of my eyebrows are so natural, just the way I was dreaming of to be, giving me definitely a younger look, too. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in looking for top-notch eyebrows experience. Thank you Ella 😊

Janessa is an amazing artist with nails! I had such a great time speaking and laughing with her as she made me vision come to life on my nails!
