I have really curly, frizzy, ratty hair that I have been highlighting for a decade. It just wasn't me anymore. I saw Kelli, who is the nicest, most helpful stylist. I could tell she really cared, and wanted me to feel beautiful. She patiently answered all of my questions, and made me feel welcome. Kelli then gave me the best haircut I have ever received. It's gorgeous! That, combined with the dark cherry color she created for me, and I left feeling more beautiful than I have in years. Kelli is wonderful and I made another appointment before I even left.

Ive been looking for the right place to do my hair for 3 years now! So thankful I found shear innovations!! Kelli did an amazing job on my hair between blonde highlights last weekend to the purple today. And she even was able to do my eyebrows! I am absolutely so happy with the end result! She eveb trimmed my daughters bangs while we were there! Thank you so much!! So glad I found a place I will be going to from now on!

I wanted to highly recommend Luke! I liked his attention to delivering an exceptional hair cut. Luke let me know what he was doing and why. I can remember only a handful of hairstylists that were intent to exceed a customers expectations... Luke did that! My wife goes here and, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Kelli is amazing! She spent time with my teenagers, asked questions about their own style preferences, and gave them personalized recommendations for their look and hair type.

Linda did a fantastic job on my wedding hair. I can’t thank her enough for how amazing it came out. She took her time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted.
