Shear Happenings

I've been coming here to Jamie for years. Sadly, I moved away from Iowa last year, but I come to have jamie cut my hair every time I'm home visiting, like I was today. She listens, communicates clearly, is candid about what will look good for me and what won't, and is great with attention to detail. I miss her, and wish I could find a stylist as good as she is where I'm living now! But even when I do, I'll still come here whenever I'm visiting CR.

My friend recommended Kelsey after I paid an absurd amount of money to get my hair done elsewhere ($430). I felt that I was taken advantage of at the other salon as I knew nothing about hair and even after the amount of money I spent, I left dissatisfied. Kelsey was super flexible with her schedule, which is a bonus as I work a 9-5 job and live an hour away from Shear Happenings. I was very nervous about getting my hair done again after having a bad experience at another salon. I arrived to my appointment and was greeted by Kelsey. Salon is adorable and welcoming. Kelsey is very kind and caring and takes great care of her clients. She always does a fabulous job on my hair and she keeps my eye brows in check. Highly recommend her services!
