I brought my friend to this salon for her appointment at 10:30 AM. She has MS and had been extremely sick, but I wanted to do something special to help her feel better on her birthday. When we arrived on time for her scheduled appointment, a man walked in behind us. Instead of honoring our appointment that was already scheduled, the stylist put him in the chair first. He requested cornrows, which is a very time-consuming style. What made it even more concerning was that the stylist was literally on her phone Googling how to do cornrows while he was sitting there. So not only was someone without an appointment taken ahead of a client who had one, but it was for a long procedure that the stylist clearly wasn’t experienced with. First time in, and I was pleased. Didn't realize that it was cash only, so I ran to the Dollar Tree to make a quick purchase to get cash back. Beth was super sweet and knowledgeable.

Beth done great on my hair.. considering my hair is really fine.. she gave me exactly the cut I wanted.. will see her from now on!

Made an appointment with Beth, called her in the morning to confirm my appointment with her she didn’t answer the phone so I left a message never got a call back! Not a very good first impression, also how does anyone run a business like that
