Shear Fantasy

I can say the last time was excellent. This time horrible. Me, my husband, and my daughter went in and she had all 3 of is done in 15 minutes. My husband was ok but my daughter and me have extremely thick hair we needed a split ends and layered and I needed my undercut trimmed. She trimmed out dead ends and that was it. Everyone who knows me knows the top of my hair is layered and feather. I absolutely look awful. She did nothing to it. She put the chair down ready to let me out when I had to mention to her that she don't even toch my undercut. Now if she honestly was paying attention to my hair shed seen I had the undercut that needed trimmed big time now I have to pay to get my hair redone

Myself, my mother and stepfather went in for haircuts and paid $20 EACH for 5 minutes each in the chair. I asked for split ends cut and layered and all that was done was split ends. My mother asked for layers and her undercut touched up. She didnt layer it or even touch the undercut. She only trimmed. My stepdad was ok I guess because she only trimmed with the clippers. Absolutely awful! How does anyone cut 3 peoples hair in 15 minutes??? I wont be back. Honestly I'd rather go to Walmart and that's SAD!

Would give 0 got my hair cut I look like a amish kid now cut my bangs way to short this place sucks.

Very nice lady squeezed me in and did a wonderful job on my haircut.

as to follow up to my last post after going to get my hair fixed i found out that she actually cut my undercut so bad and crooked that it had to be straightened up with 2 clippers
