This past summer when I was in Sullivan County, I went to get my hair colored and styled. The results were wonderful! Today I called her for some advice on hair coloring and even though she had a very busy schedule, she took time out to answer all of my questions.
My perm did not stay in more than 10 days. Hair dresser took rods out and began rinsing before applying the neutralizer--acknowledged her mistake -- per rods back in and applied neutralizer. The price was reasonable, but not really when you don't get anything for it. She did not offer to do anything to ease her mistake.
I called approximately 9am & was given an appointment for 12:30 the same day, on a Saturday. Outstanding place, lovely stylist & did fabulous job cuttin all if my long hair off. Love it!
Bette always does a TERRIFIC job on my hair 😁
Bette was wonderful!!! She did a superb job on my hair cut and color!! I will be back!!!
