I love the way they cut my hair, they are very friendly.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS SALON TO HAVE “I-LINK” HAIR EXTENSIONS INSTALLED. I REQUESTED A REFUND AFTER HAVING TO GO TO ANOTHER STYLIST TO “FIX” WHAT HAD BEEN “DONE” TO MY HAIR!** If I could give a review of a, 0-Star rating, I would. I also feel the OWNER (Heather) lacks proper EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & does NOT VALUE MAINTAINING PROFESSIONALISM. In a short summary of my experience.. FROM MARCH 25, 2021 to JULY 12, 2021_____ ~I HAD 6 HAIR APPOINTMENTS TO MAINTAIN, RE-INSTALL, “TIGHTEN” MY HAIR EXTENSIONS ~SPENT AROUND 51 HOURS IN A “CLIENT’S CHAIR” ~HAD MORE THAN 34 INDIVIDUAL EXTENSIONS, “FALL OUT” ~WAS REQUIRED TO ORDER TWO FULL SETS OF HAIR EXTENSIONS ~ON 4 SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS HAD TO HAVE EVERY EXTENSION TAKEN OUT AND RE-INSTALLED ~WAS FORCED TO SPEND ALL OF THE MONEY I HA

Don't allow Shae to cut your hair. I took a photo of the cut I wanted with the length just above the shoulders. My hair was cut 1.5 to 2.5 inches all over. It isn't even layered in a way to blend or style. I am devastated.

First time at new location. Excellent location and Ella and Heather are so nice. Sure know what they are doing. Cut and color are perfect.

She did ok but I will be going to another hair stylist for a haircut. She left one side longer than the other.
