8/21/25 Haircut is even and better than last time. The employees are friendly, they greet and thank you each time you arrive and depart. I still wish they had customer profiles so that you could save your preferred cut. They try to make conversation but I'm too lost in my head to talk at the end of the workday, though I appreciated the effort. Thank you. 11/12/23 Update Girlfriend liked the crop top, so I guess I better give credit where it's due. Thank you for the haircut. 4.5 stars. The place is quiet, clean and the people are nice. I like that I was given prompt service and that the stylist did an okay job at cutting my hair but I didn't like the hair style I ended up leaving with. Do NOT go to Terri. She gave my son the WORST haircut he has ever had, the night is his head shots no less. He has been trying to grow his hair out and only wanted a trim, but ended up with a cut looking like he was trying to start growing a mullet. Not only can she not texture properly or cut a straight line, she left his hair so short in certain areas to where it looks like he has bald spots!!! The most horrific hair cut I've seen on him, and to make a 7 yr old question if he's ugly because of it?!?! Absolutely livid! DO NOT GO TO HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!!! NEVER COME HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT HAIR CUT!

Wow, this salon is amazing! I have been here multiple times and the staff never fails to amaze me. I have had my nails and hair done here in the past, but it was my most recent trip that blew me away. Tracey spent 5 hours turning my hair from an at-home disaster to gorgeous soft blonde hair. At home, I started off with removing my red hair dye and then using bleach. It made for a really stubborn removal, but she persisted. The price was also very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you Tracey! Thanks Sheer Envy!

After hearing the rave reviews about this place from a few friends, I had to try it! I got there about mid-morning on a Saturday without an appointment, but fortunately there were only a couple of people ahead of me so I didn't have to wait too long. I know this place is really out of my way, but I was lured by the promise of good cuts for a VERY reasonable price. Plus, I figured they were used to cutting Asian hair, which is really a thing. Anyhoo, I'd forgotten who to ask for but I got Jenni, who was the person I was going to ask for anyway, so I got lucky. We discussed what I was looking for (nothing too complicated, a trim, really) and then she got to work. She's really nice, quick and professional--she obviously has a lot of experience. I've been coming to Jenny to get haircuts for years. It's a nice place. I think it's cheaper than others but I honestly wouldn't know. They really want to make people happy with the service. Over time I've seen them fix things like chipping polish or whatever for ladies for free. It's pretty busy when I'm there.
