Just went for my first ever wax. I got Lauren. She was great! Very accommodating, easy to talk to, and very professional. She made me feel really comfortable, and I appreciated that. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and they got me in on arrival. Had a great experience, and will definitely be back 😊
