I've called twice to make an appointment. The first time a person took my name and number. The second time I left a voicemail. Nobody ever called back. I can see they might be too busy for new appointments, but they can't call and tell me that?

I love Rachelle! She has done my hair for most of the last 12 years, and I have yet to find a hairdresser I love as much as her. She has cut, colored and styled my hair for years, and done an amazing job each time.
