Theresa is the best! We followed her for years.. from Flower Mound to North Dallas, to Lake Dallas.. back to N. Dallas and ending in Flower Mound for years.. but it was WORTH EVERY MILE.. she made my grandmother, Nana, smile. And that makes everything worth it for me! Plus, I’ve got all the years of memories to look back on. Not to mention, she does an amazing job on hair, cuts, color and highlights/lowlights. She also does a great job on Men’s cuts! Stop in for a quick trim or stay for the conversation. Either way, don’t pass this shop by. It’s worth the wait!

Joni is my stylist. Her technique is impressive, and she has saved my hair. I have soft curly hair, and it was very damaged with horrible split ends before seeing Joni. Now my hair looks so much healthier, highlights on point, and honestly best overall experience. I will definitely keep my standing appointment! 100% recommend to all

Theresa at Shear Design is FABULOUS! I’ve been going to her salon for years and she always does a great job on my long -THICK- hair. She colors, cut and highlights for me on a regular basis. She is professional and experienced! The other ladies that work in the salon are always nice too!

Looked all over for a hair salon to cut my hair EXATLY how I wanted it, no avail. But I stumbled upon this salon and asked one of the ladies and she told me yes that she could cut it the exact way I wanted it. I even showed reference pictures from all angles. When I got there the environment was beautiful and nice. While she was cutting my hair she asked where I wanted it to start and I told a little bit shorter, she didn’t listen to me and cut it where she wanted. When it came to the back of my hair, I wanted to cut off a lot of my hair and have short hair, Once again she did not listen and still left a lot of length. When she was styling it, the cut looked nice but then she kept using heat and my hair broke. She would blow dry my hair, then straighten with high heat and then curl with h
