I have fine hair but a lot of it. My hair is easy in that it’s stick straight and there isn’t much prep needed in order to cut my hair. I hadn’t been to this salon before, but it’s close to work and home, so I figured I would try it. I won’t be back. First, it was awkward. Very little talk. Asked of my thoughts about two times. Second, as I said, the prep should have been easy. But, my scalp was crying as my hair was yanked and yanked with the comb until, finally, a clump came out. This happened twice. I did tell this young lady ahead of time that my hair does tend to be knotty and seemingly for no reason. The typical solution is to wet the hair with water or a conditioner to loosen up the knots.
