First appointment…as soon as I’m in the chair stylist is checking her phone for personal reasons. Shampoo was nice, attention to detail same, haircut good. 2nd appointment stylist is on her phone checking personal messages as soon as I’m in the chair(?). No shampoo, no finish detail . It’s an ugly haircut . I’m not happy. I paid $45 plus tip for a Costcutters haircut . You needed to know

After going about 4 years without a haircut (Yikes!) My hair was in desperate need of some help! Jacky listened to everything I requested, but put in her professional opinions too. I ended up with a great haircut and for $27 for a women's cut, wash, and blow dry-price can't be beat! I will be back!

Hannah is amazing! She did exactly what I wanted color wise & gave my hair an acidic bonding treatment which made it so soft!!

Terrible experience! The girl was completely distracted the entire time going on about her boyfriend. I told her to cut 1-2" and frame my face with a single layer. She cut 1/2", didn't use any product when blow-drying my hair and never put a layer around my face. I walked out there very unhappy! To be fair they got me in quickly and the price was fair
