The absolute worst haircut of my life. I left completely butchered. I had to cancel my Valentine’s plans, as I was too embarrassed to be seen in public. Left looking like great-grandma on Bingo night. Horrendous. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, but she actually said, “No, I’m not gonna do that.” No explanation why, or what else she’d recommend instead. Nothing. She spent most of her energy gossiping and socializing with other stylists instead of focusing on my haircut. Big red flags - I wholeheartedly regret not leaving at that very moment. The two stylists who tried to fix the mess on my head afterwards both said they had no idea what she was trying to do, because the layers and angles made absolutely no sense. Came in because of a family member of mine, who’s been a longtime friend and client of Jeannie’s - and I loved every second of it! Highlights, lowlights, color touch-up… the whole treatment was just fantastic. Jeannie is just wonderful! And as someone from Germany, it was an extra delight to have the chance to chat with Brigitte in German. Hope to be back soon, it was my absolute pleasure meeting y’all!
