I have a regular hairdresser there who I LOVE, and has always done a great job. I should have waited for her to have an opening... that's on me. Major mistake, but I was pressed for time because of a sudden upcoming event. The hairdresser I got was nice, but when she started doing a dry cut on me I was afraid this was not going to go well. It was a substantial cut (5+ inches). I showed her a picture of what I was looking for... and offered to show it again during the appointment but she said she didn't need to see it again. My hair is thankfully not butchered, but not even CLOSE to what I asked for. I am PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTED. And I paid $35 for this garbage that doesn't suit my needs and I will have to pay more money to have fixed... but NOT by her. No photos available, because I'm goin

Went in yesterday with long heavy split end hair. And when I left I couldnt stop smiling, this morning I still cant believe Olivia has done magic to my thick unruly hair. Shes amazing!! Had an appointment for a cut and color, and I've been here multiple times and never had a problem. i went in for blonde, and it turned into 3 shades of yellow. The service could have been better, I also paid more than double the last time.

Olivia gave me one of the finest haircuts. Sh did exactly what I was looking for, and was very talented with knowing my hair type. This was my third visit, but she convinced me to be a regular!
