The service was very nice, comfortable and informative. I booked with Kiristen on February 14th for their Valentine's special. It was my first time experiencing a wax, so I got the deluxe package to make it extra special. The experience was absolutely lovely, educational, and quick! I would definitely recommend you getting the deluxe because it helps with the pain and inflammation. I dont understand how people just walk off after going through that lol. But 100/10 would go again! (P.S. Kristen is the newest staff member and she did a PERFECT job so that says a lot about their positive attributes as a business.)

Shan has most definitely gained a customer! I haven’t had a wax in years(don’t judge lol). She was very professional, great energy, just by me meeting her for the 1st time seems I known her for a while and I love that!! No awkward moment at all. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

I have been seeing Kristen and she has been amazing every time! She's very professional and sweet. As much small talk as we have she also takes the time to explain post wax care and to recommend other services to enhance my results! I love it there!
