Shaylynn is a very talented massage therapist. She dissolved my hip pain in one session (much to my amazement). I've been to plenty of massage therapists over the years (I've moved several times) and have conditions that require me to need massage therapy often. I had a spinal infusion many moons ago and I absolutely need to take care of my body. I'm always weary to work with just anyone because I need to trust that the person I'm with will be sensitive to my needs and KNOWS what they are doing when it comes to a spinal fusion. I'm also a very active woman- taking HITT classes, weight lifting, skateboarding etc. I also NEED a higher pressure massage which not all therapists can do. Shaylynn is a fantastic massage therapist. I originally came in with pain in my spine that was radiating to my shoulder blade and back muscles that were fairly locked up. Shaylynn's technique provided immediate and (more importantly) lasting relief to my pain. She has very strong hands and always uses the perfect balance of pressure to really work the tissues without making it too painful or leaving you bruised (I've sadly had both from other local therapists). I returned every two weeks and the 1-2 days after my appointment were always the most pain-free. Shaylynn is simply a phenomenal masseuse. She has this unique medicinal approach to it that really focuses on points of tension. She's especially helped with tension related to sitting at a desk all day and weightlifting. I always walk out in some kind of high. She's truly an artist. Thank you!

I was looking for a way to de-stress after a long stressful year. Shaylynn was phenomenal being able to do that. She has worked out some stress in my shoulders and neck. I am returning for another appointment and will continue appointments with her. Very relaxing mentally and physically removed a lot of tension in my neck.
