Drove 1.5 hours to “model” a sew-in for this stylist. I was asked to bring my own hair or purchase from her vendor. I did not have hair of my own so I purchased using the stylist’ preferred vendor. The vendor delivered to the wrong address, causing a delay in my appointment. Once the hair arrived, I received services. The same evening the hair began to tangle and knot. I tried to twist and detangle gently, so as to make the hair even worse. By day 2, I had to remove it. The hair was completely tangled, matted and knotted. It was almost as if the hair was recycled. I reached out to my stylist with pictures, texts and video to show the condition of the hair immediately following installation. The stylist agreed that the hair was in poor condition, and would try to get a refund from her vend
