Truly, an amazing experience! From start to finish, I felt pampered and renewed; energized! The customized massage targeted my lower back and left shoulder pain. I truly felt a release with each and every movement by Shay Ann. She checked in with me during my massage to make sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain from the movements. It was the total opposite as I felt the pain I had been feeling alleviated. The pressure was perfect to allow for a deep dive into my knots. She removed each and every one! Shay-Ann has an intuitive sense for finding the exact spots on my body that need attention, and she always strikes the perfect balance between a massage that "hurts so good" and lulls me into a sense of relaxed tranquility. I saw Dr. Shay-Ann during my pregnancy for sciatica pain, and the difference was huge. She really understood what my body needed and worked in a way that felt safe and supportive while still relieving the pain.
