I had an amazing experience at Shay London Beauty Bar! Shay truly helped me feel confident and excited about my loc journey. She was extremely professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, she explained what she was doing, checked in on me, and made sure I was good right down to offering water, which I really appreciated. The shop atmosphere was everything: great music, a clean and beautiful space, very sanitary, and it smelled amazing. There were also two other women working in the shop who assisted as well, and they were absolutely delightful, super kind, welcoming, and helpful. Shay does not play about time! Shay and the girls are very near and dear to me. Shay, is always patient with me and so accommodating. When I have issues with my locs ranging from unraveling to a bad batch- she goes above and beyond to make sure I leave the salon happy and pleased at any cost. A business woman indeed with a love for her craft and top notch service.

Hands down the best wash and retwist I’ve had in a long time. The service was professional, the vibe was calm, and the results were perfect. My scalp feels clean, my locs are neat and lightweight, and the style is holding beautifully. You can tell there’s real care and skill behind the work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their locs healthy and looking fresh!

The ladies at Shay London are amazing! Both I and my 9 year old grandson are new clients. We’ve gone twice and we will be going back when it’s time for an retwist. Absolutely worth the 3 hour drive!!!

10/10, Top Tier work, 5 stars… just overall very pleased with the sanitary environment, the staff is pleasant and I absolutely love when a stylist comes through and brings my vision to life… absolutely no disappointments there, Shay delivered! It was a great experience from start to finish. Customer service is definitely not lacking as they also provided tea which was made with love and water and snacks throughout the time of my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in starting, refreshing or repairing their locs. Shay and her staff are very experienced locticians they know how to make magic happen for you. Don’t delay go today!
