Cleanliness good Location good Grooming good Friendliness not so great Pricing is inconsistent . Was advised to visit everyday 2 months to keep up and maintain my goldendoodle's fur and told to brush weekly We kept up with his maintenance every other month and brushed him at home weekly in order to keep his fur and not have to be shaved as they advised Recently went there for a trim and was told that his fur looks good and not matted but, came back to see my dog shaved not trimmed and was overly charged as well I understand it's a business, but please do not be dishonest with your guests and advise maintenance and brushing just to do the opposite by shaving my dog even after doing evey other month trims and brushed constitently Sorry, but it just seemed like a robbery to me and disrespectf

Ally Clifford is absolutely the best groomer! My pups love her and they always look absolutely adorable when she is done. I have looked for a great groomer for a long time and am so thankful to have found Shawnee Hills.

This is the most accommodating grooming shop I’ve ever dealt with. I have a difficult dog and they have met me every step of the way. Customer service couldn’t be better and I’ve been infinitely impressed. All of the groomers have been impressive and friendly. I will be returning my dog, Onyx here for years to come.
