The services themselves are very good. I’ve been getting pedicures here for years and Moon is very detail oriented and professional. Over the past year or so, the time for each service has been shortened (pedicures previously booked for 40 minutes each are now scheduled 35 min apart and it feels like the staff are pressured into completing them early to fit in more clients). They also call to “confirm” but usually ask you to come in earlier so that they can squeeze in another customer. This has happened to me the last 3-4 appointments—this probably wouldn’t bother everyone but for me it adds extra (unnecessary) stress.
