I got a haircut by shawn. He was very nice so does everyone. Price was 5$ that includes each and everything haircut and beard . Very nice staff.

Called at 12:42, made an appointment for four - they confirmed with me twice on the phone. Got here at four and they said “we stopped cutting hair at four,” and laughed at me. The instructor “Mr Fogarty” as they told me, had zero empathy, and didn’t apologize, and was super rude. Could’ve wasted my time elsewhere. Made an appointment, it should’ve been honored. Never again. Would recommend 0 out of 5 if I could.

They are student's doing the cuts so skill level can vary, but overall it's always been a positive experience since the instructors will make sure you don't leave with a bad cut. Very affordable as well if you're not looking to spend an arm and a leg on a haircut. Trade-off? It will likely take twice as long since the students aren't as fast/confident yet.

I walked up to the door when I opened it I was approached by a BOY. I asked him were they closed. He said yes. However, when I walked away I stopped to go back to tell him that their website says 4:30pm. He said, “I know that’s because we close to the public at 3:30pm. I told him, in the future you should say on your website that you stop at 3:30pm because I just drove all the way from downtown. His smart remark back as he put his hand to his ear, “Call first.” Employees fail to realize that they are representing someone’s business and that type of attitude will cause someone to never patronize their company again. Went to the buffalo location today, the student that took care of me . It took a bit longer than I'm used to for a simple fade and trim, but that's OK. The student was determined to make sure everything was just right. I got the sa.e quality haircut I'd get at an actual barber shop where'd I'd pay $25-$30 (not including tip), for only 5 bucks (plus $10 tip, ) Can't beat that
