Sharkey's Cuts For Kids

I am amazed at how organized and professional the ladies were. Today is my daughter’s 8th birthday. They ALL made her feel like she is on top of the world and while they had a FULL salon. So early in the morning!! Amazing!! They offer soooo many perks and goodies. The one thing they are missing is a hot cocoa/coffee bar… but who cares with all the cool things and the TV!!! Omg! The TV has ALL the kids distracted so there was absolutely NO crying children. Now tell me what kind of place has all that! This is by far our favorite place now. We look forward to coming here whereas before we would go to Great Clips and it was an awful experience. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Every experience here has been excellent. The staff is great with the kids and they do a nice job with their cuts. Our kid loves coming and is calm throughout. They have tv and video games to keep kids entertained and they get a balloon and a lollipop at the end. Who doesn’t love that?

Our 3 year old really struggles with having his haircut. Kathy did an amazing job! She was so patient, understanding and did such a great job when he was struggling to feel comfortable. She worked with us and went above and beyond to help him through the process. He was all smiles by the end of the haircut! Thank you, Kathy! We’ll definitely be coming back. 💛

My daughter stayed completely still for her haircut. Her bangs are completely uneven and short. This is the second time my kids have come out looking worse than they came in.

The environment was nice, but the haircut was awful. We were traveling the next day and requested a refund from Jeannie, the manager who also cut my son’s hair. She never had the courtesy to return our call or communicate her decision. You would honestly be better off drinking a bottle of bourbon and cutting your child’s hair yourself with pruning shears. Having the title of “manager” clearly doesn’t translate to customer service skills or even basic competence in cutting a child’s hair. If you want your child’s hair left uneven, choppy, and full of gaps, this is absolutely the place to go.
