Sharkey's Cuts For Kids - Marietta, GA

I took my little girl to Sharkey’s for her first haircut and we had an INCREDIBLE experience! Our stylist, Natoyia, was very attentive to Sasha (my daughter) and made her feel so special. Sasha left with a pretty ring, a balloon, a lollipop, and a load of confidence! I got a keepsake lock of hair, a certificate, and a precious photo. Natoyia also gave me great advise on products to prevent tangles in my girls hair - which was the driving force of my booking her first haircut, this kids hair mats up very quickly. Sasha usually protests boldly about hair brushing and even washing her hair, but she was in pure bliss in Natoyia’s chair. Thank you, Natoyia for giving my girl the best first haircut experience! ❤️

Brought my toddler in for her very first haircut, and I was nervous about how she would handle sitting still. Mitzi did an absolutely amazing job! The space is adorable with the little car seats and fun décor. My daughter was definitely wiggly, but Mitzi’s experience really showed—she knew exactly how to navigate every moment to make sure the style turned out perfect. This is definitely our new go-to spot! The place is so cute and my 4 year olds bob is perfect! Natoyia was so sweet and knew just how to keep my daughter engaged. Ella ( my daughter) left feeling like a princess and I couldn’t be a happier mom.

So I think Sharon, our stylist was great! There is a patch of hair that was missed and is pretty noticeable, but he was screaming the second the clippers touched his head, so I understand it was pretty stressful and wanted to be done as fast as possible. However, we live an hour way and went all the way there because we wanted the experience for our son’s first cut — we could have gone to any local salon if we wanted just a regular service. Let me say, Sharon said it was her second day and first time opening (we got there at 2 for his appointment, and they open at 2). I do not blame her for us not getting the perfect experience. Mitzi was wonderful. I took two girls and one boy here and she did great on all three. She was so patient and kind. My son, who is two, was very anxious and unhappy most of the time. She kept him entertained with toys and showed him everything she did before she did it. She made him feel very comfortable. We will definitely go back again.
