Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Henderson

This was my almost 2 year-old's first haircut, and he had a full-blown tantrum and cried hysterically, lol. Both his stylist, Claudia, as well as the other stylist present were both exceptionally calm and patient and very kind to us. Claudia took adorable before and after pictures, and he received a certificate and a lock of hair keepsake, along with a lollipop. Super sweet staff, really appreciated how lovely they were to us while he was throwing a fit during the haircut. 😂

We absolutely love Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, and Micah is the reason we keep coming back. My daughter has long, thick, fine hair and a very sensitive head, and Micah is the first stylist we’ve ever had who didn’t make her cry — which honestly feels like a miracle. She’s so gentle, patient, and calm, and my daughter actually feels comfortable in the chair. Micah is also amazing with my rambunctious 2-year-old. She somehow she makes the whole thing smooth and stress-free (no small feat!). The haircuts always look great and grow out beautifully, but even more important, my kids leave happy instead of upset. We trust Micah completely — if she ever leaves Sharkey’s, we will absolutely follow her. I can’t recommend her enough to any parent, especially if your kids are sensitive or full of energy.

Nick did a great job cutting my 6yr old daughter’s hair! She has long, fine but thick hair and it was looking ratty at the ends. He cut a couple inches off, shaped it, and added some layers. It looked beautiful when he was done, and easier to manage. She’s been getting her hair cut at Sharkey’s for about 3yrs now and this is the best cut she’s gotten. I highly recommend Nick!

We love going here. We always request Micah! She is kind, efficient and so great with kids! She helps make them feel comfortable, she moves with them so the cut stays how you want and always asks you to make sure it's good. She is the best! The atmosphere is great and so fun for kids. They have cars with TV's for the little ones and video games for the older kids.

Micah is the young woman there who fixed my sons hair after the gentleman there butchered it, I give her 5 stars! She is an absolutely amazing employee and an asset here. Thank you Micah for fixing my sons hair. I highly recommend Sharkey’s and micah specifically.
