Karen was AMAZING! She was patient, fun and so sweet to our 2 year old for his very first haircut! We did the first haircut package and it’s totally worth it. So sweet! I even got to cut the first strand 🥹 Thanks Karen! We will be back.

I had such a fantastic experience getting my daughter's hair cut! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. My daughter was over the moon that they not only styled her hair but also did her nails! And the free balloon and jewelry were the perfect little extras that made her day even more special. Thank you for creating such a fun and pampering experience for kids! We’ll definitely be back!

While the haircut looks cute from afar like a Monet, we came for a trim and she took about 4 inches at least and it is sooo uneven still even though she kept cutting more and more to try to make it even. I ended up cutting it when we got home to at least try to even it out even though I’m not trained to cut hair. The person cutting her hair was very disgruntled the entire time. My daughter came in with even hair and she was annoyed at how uneven every cut she made kept making it and how long it was taking when my 4.5 year old daughter was barely moving. She also got the back of her soo soaked she couldn’t wear her clothes home as you can tell in the photo. To top it off, walking out, she handed my daughter an old lollipop. Patty was AMAZING for my son’s first haircut! As a mom, I was so nervous about how he would do, but she made the entire experience stress free and fun. She was incredibly patient and took her time to make sure he felt comfortable the whole time. She kept him entertained with Blippi, blew bubbles to keep him smiling, and had the most positive attitude from start to finish!! You can tell she truly loves her job. We couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience. Thank you Patty for making this special milestone so awesome! 😊
