Shapes Eyebrow Threading

I have been going to this place for 5 years now. I have never had such a bad experience until today. I do not know if this person working here is new. Her name is Geetha she said. She messed up the shape of my thick long beautiful eyebrows completely. She doesn't talk basic English and my eyebrows skin hurt so badly. I gave her clear instructions before starting the work and she did not listen. She should not be working there. I would not recommend your eyebrows getting done with Geetha. Please check with the staff name before you end up with a messy eyebrow. Worst experience ever.

Not busy so I was in the chair within minutes, the lady was very nice , fast , efficient and my brows looked beautiful when she was done!

I love this place! I recently moved to Tucson from fl and had a hard time finding someone to consistently do an amazing job! My eyebrows always last at least 3 weeks and it’s very inexpensive. I cheated on shapes and had my eyebrows waxed in a rush when I had my lashes done and I came to shapes to fix them!! Highly recommend

Came in today and the lady was kinda aggressive and one of my eyebrows is thicker than the other and overall terrible work and dissapointed it just looks terrible.
