S.H.A.P.E.S Brow Bar

I’ve been going to this place for 2 years. Their eyebrow service is good but their chairs are extremely uncomfortable. They are taped as you can see in the picture!!! The chair does not go up and down and al the chairs are essentially broken and has not been replaced for 2 years! I would continue to go if they atleast get some comfortable chairs !!!

0 Stars. *Baybrook Mall locale. This would have been my first time trying this service. I was trying to purchase the 10 Brow service for $60, but they said I couldn't get that package without a reason or any explanation given to me whatsoever. They acted as if I had made that package deal up when I first asked about it. I pointed to one of the signs & one of the lady workers went to go look at it. Sure enough they denied that package to me even though the sign on their window was advertising it. It most certainly didn't have an end date as you can see on the pictures I took. They wanted to sell me something else that I did not want or asked for. This is true False Advertising.

Worst experience I asked her to tread. I asked her about other services but I didn’t want to pay 80 dollars. Basically she tricked me by saying she was going to give me a deal. She kept saying it was free since I was the first one there. Long story short when she was done she had the 80 tab. All honesty turn out bad but i just didn’t want to deal with it. I dnt recommend anyone going there.

This was such a horrible experience with the technician on duty. She apparently needs more experience on lashes. She got so much glue in my eyes and had the nerve to tell me beauty is pain!!! Just admit you're not experienced in cluster lashes!!! Never again. My eyes were burning so bad I left out of there and could barely see. Hours later my eyes are still running water with the glue scratching my eyeballs!!! NEVER AGAIN

Thankfully I've always had good service. They did move to El Camino Real and Bay Area Blvd next to where the old HEB used to be. Parking is way better. They are located to the left of the salon entrance.
