So disappointed in my last visit. I have been coming here for years and I am a local. The full body back and foot massage was great however when I went to pay, I tipped the masseuse $25 cash for what was supposed to be a 60 min full body, and 30 min foot massage. She gave me a disgusted look , rolled her eyes, and took the money but then told me the service was $100. When I first arrived I pointed at the associate which service I wanted which was pictured on the wall (60 min full body, and 30 min foot massage for $85). After the full body massage I reminded my masseuse that I also wanted the 30 minute foot massage so she had me sit on a chair and told me it would be $30 more. Shanti Massage Spa is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I took my cousin here for her birthday. The staff is so kind, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. Their service is amazing, you can tell they truly care about your experience and well-being. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of. Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating massage experience!

I was robbed of a 18k gold necklace I inherited. The woman INSISTED I take it off so she could massage my neck properly. I said no twice. After asking again I removed it and I placed in my fanny pack. I never take the necklace off so I forgot to put it back on when leaving. When I got home it was not in the zipper pouch in my bag. I returned to the store and they hid the woman in the back and said she was "off today". I filed a police report. They are untrustworthy people. Do not feel safe with your eyes closed! I will never be returning, just pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

The massages here have been consistently excellent for years now. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I have been coming here for years and will likely continue to do so. They prefer if you call ahead but you can drop it as long as you're okay with a (usually) very short wait. Remember that tips are often highly recommended at places like this due to the low rates. Finally, don't be afraid to let them know if they're being too hard! They're trying to help you, not leave you with a sore back!
