I recently experienced an Ayurvedic Abhyanga–Garshana massage with Deb that was simply amazing and left me floating for days. The session began with brisk, rhythmic strokes with silk gloves that created gentle friction on the skin, stimulating circulation, awakening the lymphatic system, and providing a mild exfoliation. The sensation was invigorating and left my skin tingling with warmth and energy. After the dry massage, Deb applied warm, oils in long, flowing strokes across the body. The oil was felt chosen to balancing and the movements were synchronized, grounding, and deeply relaxing. I just completed an Ayurvedic cleanse led by Deb at Shanti Massage NJ, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I walked away from the massage with Deb feeling 1000 times better than when I walked in to her beautifully inviting space. I should really say I floated away. I went to see Deb because I thought I had a pulled hamstring. With her deep knowledge of anatomy and intuitive understanding of what my body needed, she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and helped me to understand how to heal on my own. I had a Thai Massage from Deb and it was nothing short of incredible! She is so professional and makes you feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was a tremendously healing and relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning back. I highly recommend Shanti Massage.

The owner, Deb is INCREDIBLE. As both a high level athlete and Personal Trainer I have gotten a LOT of massages in the past, but Debs knowledge and understanding of the body, both in motion, and stationary is one of the best I've seen, and her energy is so clean and pure. I am incredibly picky with anyone who touches my body because it's literally my entire livlihood, so I can say with confidence I can finally stop my search for a massage therapist I trust - Shanti is my official go-to for all my body needs!
