Shantel's Salon and Day Spa

My fiancée took me in as a sweet surprise. I wanted to get my hair done but had no idea what I actually wanted to do, just that I wanted something new and fun. Sarah did an incredible job talking me through everything and figuring out what would look good. I ended up deciding on blonde blended highlights and colored ends, plus a cut and styling. I definitely found my new stylist. I absolutely love how it turned out, and can't wait to come back to see Sarah again soon!

Appointment usually required. 50% more expensive than big box salons but much better service and consistent stylist staff rather than a whole new team every month with unpredictable outcomes.

I have been going to Emily for over a year now for coloring services and I always leave happy. She listens to what I want and is not afraid to let me know if something I am wanting will compromise my hair, and if it does.. she comes up with a plan that will still make me happy! Every stylist here is kind and friendly!

My husband got me a gift card for Christmas for this salon for a massage/mani/pedi. The massage was great. The massage therapist was very nice and professional. The mani/pedi was not so great. The basin with hot water had a bubbler feature that must have been broken. It was VERY LOUD the whole time she had it on. The girl that preformed the mani/pedi seemed nervous maybe, she was visibly shaking the entire time. She did not file the nail very much to shape them or trim them very much. I am a shy person but maybe I should have spoken up and asked her to trim them but I thought trimming nails during a pedicure was typical. The polish on my toes was ok, she was still shaking during that also. I ended up removing the nail polish on my fingers at home the same day because it looks horrible. I d

I just moved to Morris last week and wasn't sure where to get my hair done. I decided on Shantel's because of other's recommendations. Alison highlighted my hair and did an amazing job! She was so nice and talkative and made me feel at home. Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. I will definitely be going back!
