Shans Nails

Was visiting friends in Lauderhill and mentioned that I didn't have time to get my nails done before arriving. My friend told me about Shan's and off we went. Shan is a star! She understood exactly want I wanted. I said full set, gel, oval, clear polish which translated to her as full set, gel, round, natural polish. They were the best nails I ever had done. Natural looking like they were my own. I am only sorry that I live in Montreal and cannot come back for a refill and continue as your customer. I highly recommend her Salon.

Wow so much to say the first day I walked in I felt right at home. Shan nail spa is so welcoming I didn’t have to explain much Shan just knew what i like and she always delivers whenever it comes to my nails.This my favorite place to be hands down 🙌. Shan pedicure specialist Kim is amazing my feet feels like a baby when she’s done. Never a dull moment when I come to get my nails and toes done honestly when I'm there I never want to leave. I definitely recommend you wont regret it💕💕

No matter who I have the pleasure of speaking with, they are very informative when you have questions and patient. Shan pays great attention to detail and really listens to make sure you leave happy! 😊

Left disappointed — after I specifically told her twice on the phone and in person, I need my Pedicure and Hands done The owner yea to come in. As i walk in she didn’t even Look at me. She was too busy doing her Nails. The tech who did my toes was excellent, but the rest of the service was half‑done and the owner doesn’t have no type of Customer service if she did, she would’ve pay attention of what I was saying But obviously, she was too busy doing her Nails And did not speak up loud and clear that’s very unprofessional of her.
