My mother booked with “Natural Gifted Naisha” and the experience was horrible. She’s unprofessional and not a real stylist because she feels like she doesn’t have to accommodate for a potential client. She tried to push the appointment time back on the morning of. She was not willing to provide the style my mother inquired about but yet still attempted to charge the card on file for a $35 cancellation fee.

Had the best service there I got Braids and every stylist there was very helpful. They all worked very well together someone washed my hair and she was just helping my stylist in between her appointments. Great customer service I will go back and refer all my friends. I was here this morning for a consultation with stylist Rae (raeurstylist on Instagram) that she scheduled for 10:00am after we spoke the night before. She sent me a message at 9:21am stating that she will be 30 minutes behind. I messaged back around the time that I arrived (9:43 ish) stating that I will wait and that I arrived a little early. She viewed the message at around 10:28 or later and did not respond. I messaged her again at 10:45am asking what her eta was. There was never a response. It was 10:58am when I decided to leave. She has yet to apologize for this huge inconvenience. I was referred to her, which makes it even worse. Extremely unfortunate and unprofessional.

I went here to see Pretty Girl Inches. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice the lobby looked. The service from my hairstylist Pretty Girl Inches was the best service I ever received I will be back.

I love Shannon Suites! Everyone is always so kind.
