rushed my wash & dry for a silk press. literally was drowning me washing my hair. said my hair wasn’t straight after so many passes. 2 hour wait granted i did come last minute but she told me to come at 5 got serviced at 7-7:30. guess i looked like a kid so she treated me like one😂 then had the nerve so say my hair is dry after the girl at the washing station immediately rinsed the conditioner out like not even let it sit for 1 min. if my hair wasn’t straight after the amount of passes she did it was clearly her fault cuz a good silk press starts with a good proper wash & correct technique & trim. got referred here by a friend because my stylist was booked but never againnnnnnn😂😂😂😂😂 also saw a roach under my seat just aggravated 0/10

Tonya and Tenecia are awesome. Quality hair care at it's best I have had damaged hair for some time and I have been coming to the salon for over a year and I must say that the hair care is amazing. Tonya and her team are very down to earth, professional and the salon is a place where you can relax. Thank you for being that business owner who loves their clients and care enough to be open and honest about what is needed and then you proceed to execute the service. You all are a blessing.

The lady who did my hair was really nice and flexible, wasn’t too harsh. Salon was clean and comfortable.

So...I haven't been to see Tanya recently....and here's why. When I initially went to her a few years ago, my hair was SO badly damaged that I had to cut it all off. Like down to an INCH. She did my sew-ins and all the while took care of the hair UNDERNEATH. She did so...SO WELL, that my hair grew past my shoulders in about two years and is now so healthy and thick, that I just continue to wear my own hair. I am however thinking of getting it colored, at which point...I will definitely be back to her, because I KNOW...above all....that she will take care of my hair. ----Let me add this....when you go....don't be in a rush. You might be there for a few hours, at the least. But after all, anything worth having....is worth waiting for!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

I love Shannon Hair Studio!! The staff is great and the owner (Tonya) is beautiful and does excellent work... I highly recommend this her and her salon to everyone everywhere... if you are from out of town and you're close by and need to get your hair done, Shannon Hair Studio is the place to go... It's a beautiful place, always clean, staff is courteous, and they offer coffee, tea or water... The long wait time kills me though... even if you have an appointment you still have to wait for a while... then for some people the prices may seem expensive, but it's worth it because it's really good work and styles are done wonderfully and done to last a long time... for people like me who haven't been able to work for quite a while and have a very strick budget, I have to ask the total price of
