Shanghai Spa

Last night was my very first visit to Shanghai Spa. I went in with the intention of getting a foot massage to relieve some arch pain in my feet, which I tend to get every now and then. I got a 1 hour massage for $40 by Jenny. She was incredible. Very thorough and somehow found every ache on the soles of my feet. She worked with such determination that when she was finished, my pain was all gone, and I was so relaxed. Look forward to returning and highly recommend.

I was seriously injured during a massage at this establishment. The therapist forcefully manipulated my leg and lower back while I was face down, without explaining what they were doing or asking for consent. Immediately after, I was in extreme pain and unable to walk or drive. This was not normal soreness — it was an acute injury. I left feeling unsafe and shocked by the lack of care and professionalism. Massage therapy should never cause this level of harm. I would urge management to investigate this incident and ensure therapists are practicing safely. I would not recommend this location.

I've been getting massages consistently for a few years, this is the best place l've ever went to. Not only is the pricing affordable, the techniques are excellent to the point that I cancelled my Massage Envy membership and started coming here consistently instead. So much better massages at half the price! Everyone is good and I have never left disappointed. Tina especially is AMAZING, i always ask for her!

Went in at 5:30 pm today feeling stressed, achy, and with a headache. Left feeling wonderful! Thank you so much for the fabulous massage!
