Come here last Monday , I have Nina , she really good even she have to come in and out to greed the customers coming , however I’m coming back 5 days later she is not here , the have lisa this time , appt at 2:30 change to 3 and she not coming to the room still 3:28. And my time is up 4:20 , and another customer at 4:30 arrival, I don’t think she have time to change the sheet . During the massage she have to stop and answer the phone booked appt back to back , the service is 79$ I give her cash 20% is not enough , she ask me for 20$ tips ???

They confirmed earlier - a couples massage and we showed up and they didn’t even have Individual massages available. The person at front desk was responding and answering us like a headless chicken wondering around. Completely unprofessional and the worst massage experience. I highly recommend NOT going here. Terrible terrible terrible. I wish I could give negative rating because that’s what it deserves

Massage fell short of expectations, Kept looking at the time, not focusing on providing an exceptional massage, still stressed.
